Article 2 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives)

2. The exercise of rights pursuant to paragraph 1 can be made in writing, by email, or fax in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act. <Wasap> will take action without delay.
3. Rights under paragraph 1 may also be exercised by a legal representative or an authorized person. In such cases, a power of attorney must be submitted in the format prescribed by the "Public Notice on Personal Information Processing Methods (No. 2020-7)."
4. Requests for viewing and suspension of processing personal information may be restricted by Articles 35(4) and 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
5. Requests for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be made if other laws stipulate that the personal information must be collected.
